The throughline was always sustainability.
Brittany Leach is an executive operator, founder, and systems builder with more than fifteen years of leadership across healthcare, higher education, the public sector, and her own ventures. Across every chapter, her work has centered on the same question: How do we build systems, organizations, and lives that can succeed without exhausting the people sustaining them?
Over the course of her career, Brittany has scaled research operations supporting more than 1,000 grant and contract submissions, led teams responsible for portfolios exceeding $250 million in annual sponsored activity, strengthened financial and operational infrastructure, and overseen financial reporting for a $1 billion presidential campaign.
Her mission is equally personal: to empower women to align their purpose with their profit without sacrificing their peace.

ABOUT
Brittany Leach has always understood that systems matter - that the difference between a good idea and a lasting outcome is often the structure built around it. That conviction carried her from studying finance and accountancy at the University of Illinois to earning a Master of Public Administration at NYU, and into leadership roles within some of the country’s most operationally demanding institutions.
At NYU Langone Health, she rose from Senior Financial Analyst to Director of Sponsored Research Administration — ultimately spearheading the establishment of the inaugural Sponsored Research Operations Core, overseeing pre- and post-award administration across a premier academic medical center. It was the kind of environment that doesn't tolerate vague strategy: every decision had financial, regulatory, and organizational consequence. She learned to lead with both rigor and emotional intelligence, and to build systems that hold under pressure.
That track record opened different doors. She stepped into presidential politics as Director of Financial Reporting for Hillary for America — establishing the financial foundation of a $1B campaign, one of the largest in American history. A few years later, she returned briefly as a consultant to the Biden for President campaign, bringing the same financial discipline to a new stage.
What came next wasn't a pivot — it was a natural progression. As Managing Partner of BridgeTrust Partners, she brings senior operational expertise to mission-driven ventures, growth-stage companies, and leadership platforms scaling with integrity. She also serves as Co-Founder & CFAO of HRTLY, an AI-enabled healthcare infrastructure platform, and Founder of MammaVoyage, a family travel platform built around verified childcare.
Across every chapter, the mission remains the same: build sustainable systems and empower women to align their purpose with their profit—without sacrificing their peace.
